Adult Programs
FAMILY CARE
Volunteers are matched with a newly arrived refugee family in order to provide much-needed friendship and support during the family’s transition period. Volunteers help with transportation, grocery shopping, practicing English, and other forms of assistance.
Thrift Store
Every year, families from all over the world arrive in Clarkston, often with little to call their own. Our thrift store receives new or gently used items (clothes, shoes, household items, small furniture, and more) and provides them free of charge to the families we serve. Our dedicated volunteers who help at the store weekly are a vital part of the store's operation. Join us in making a difference and empowering families in their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency.
ESL/Citizenship Class
Refugee women meet every Saturdays morning once a week for ESL/Citizenship lessons and fellowship.
